Simply cannot recommend the Al and the Creekstone group highly enough. The absolute best service and attention to detail was second only to the wealth of knowledge around every facet of the home buying process, as well as the area. From start to finish, the process was well explained and easy to understand, which was critical for me as a first time home buyer. Al was always available to answer any questions, patient, very flexible on showings, and did an excellent job on negotiation. My transaction executed perfectly!

Al has the best communication skills, and was always one step ahead of the game. His experience and expertise gave him the ability to anticipate my needs and questions, and provide answers to questions I didn't even know I had. He quarterbacked the transaction in the background while I went on with my life, and kept me informed when there was some interaction needed from me. He was on top of the lender, title company, and seller's agent at all times to make sure that any time there was a change I was notified. He gave sound advice, while also leaving my freedom to choose in tact. I've already recommended Al Bunch to three other couples looking for houses. I would recommend him to anyone.

If you are a person who demands a lot of interaction, upgrade to the full listing. Something I should have done, but in the end it worked out greatly. Hug your realtor. They do a lot of work without the client knowing. There were many things I could have avoided had I upgraded my listing to full service. A lesson learned on my part. Unless you are absolutely sure you have a buyer, use Al and his full service. Don't go into it with how much you think you May save because the reality is you May lose money not knowing how the process works

With Creekstone the showing frequency ended up being better than when the house was listed with a full service broker, and, they successfully sold the house. Overall, happy with their service, and, saved significant amount in commissions in the process. Highly recommend Creekstone.
